Hey, everyone. This here is Toby A. Mobias, the chief creative force behind Unoriginal Concept Theatre 1000, aka UCT1K. I'll update this blog whenever there's news, or I just want to talk about a topic. That said, let me answer your first question:
Why the hell is this called 'The Lab'?
Well, I called it the Lab because a) I couldn't think of a very clever title, b) I figure all the important behind the scenes stuff in-canon happens in Amy's Lab/The Mendez's rumpus room, and c) I was listening to "Back to the Lab Again" from Dexter's Laboratory. : P
Anyway, I hope you enjoy reading about us here, and I'm working on assigning other show staffers (writers and actors mainly) time to blog when they can. In the meantime, I'll gladly fill you in whenever I can.
